Strategy Workshop

The next step in the strategy process is to transform the strategic direction statement into a strategic action plan. Any individual from any of our member bands is invited to participate in this strategy workshop. The purpose of this workshop is to determine how we will achieve our strategic priorities, as well as to invite individuals and groups to volunteer to take responsibility for implementing actions within the strategy.
