Results of PBA Ballot of Bands

Please refer to the attached memo from Pipe Bands Australia summarising the outcomes of the recent “ballot of bands” for proposed changes to the Pipe Bands Australia contest rules.

Pipe Bands Victoria apologises for the delay in circulating this to bands, but an issue with the branch email software has hampered recent distributions to bands.
