Please see attached the updated meeting agenda with several attachments for College, State and Branch Council meetings to be held on Sunday 18 June 2017 at the Maroondah Sports Club, Mt Dandenong Road, Ringwood East.

Times are as follows:

• Music Board Panel Meetings (Piping, Drumming, Rules and Admin, Dress and Drill) from 10:00am

• College Meeting from 11:00am

• Lunch Break 12:30-1:30

• State and Branch Council Meetings commence from 1:30pm.

Panel meetings for adjudicators, if required, will be coordinated by the relevant Vice Principal. If adjudicators require further information regarding individual panel meetings, please contact your Vice Principal.

Further information including previous minutes and other reports has been distributed today to Councillors. Members wishing to attend the State and Branch Council meetings are most welcome, and a copy of minutes and other information is available upon request from the Secretary.
