Updated Season Entry Form

Following the awarding of the 2016 Victorian Pipe Band Championships to Ringwood, please find attached an updated entry form for all Victorian contests for 2015-16 beginning at the Daylesford Highland Gathering.

Please note that this version now supersedes all previous versions.

For those bands who may have already submitted the entry form and entered for a contest at Haileybury, please contact the PBV Secretary at  to advise if you will be attending another contest in lieu, or require a refund for your entry fee.
