PBV Annual General Meetings & October Council Meetings

Please find attached the meeting notices and annual reports for the upcoming Annual General Meeting on Sunday 18 October 2015. Some further reports will be distributed closer to the meeting date.

The meetings will commence at 1:00pm at St John’s College, Blanch Street, Preston (behind Darwin Arts Centre) and will be followed by the October State & Branch Council meetings. Minutes of previous meetings have been distributed to all band secretaries and State & Branch Councillors.

All members (and guests) are welcome to attend.

These meetings will be preceded by the Secretaries meeting and briefing which commences at 10:30am and will be facilitated by Don Walkley.
