Performance Opportunities for Pipers, Drummers & Drum Majors

Please refer attached memo regarding opportunities for performance. These opportunities are constantly under exploration by Pipe Bands Victoria with a view to enabling members from all bands to perform at events where their own band may not be able to attend, and to be paid for that performance.
