The April State Council of the VHPBA and Branch Council meeting for Pipe Bands Victoria will take place on Sunday 9 April 2017 commencing at 1:00pm.

The venue is the Maroondah Sports Club, Mt Dandenong Rd, Ringwood East.

A redacted agenda is attached, the full agenda will be circulated directly to Councillors and Band Secretaries for circulation to members.
