Sir Rupert Hamer Award Nomination Form

The Sir Rupert Hamer Award is the highest honour bestowed on a member of Pipe Bands Victoria for outstanding service to pipe bands in Victoria. Nominations can be sent to the Secretary Pipe Bands Victoria before March 2016.
